Welcome to St. Andrew’s Library
Home to over 1,300 books ranging from topics in history to social justice to Christianity and world religions. You can find something for every generation in our library. We are proud of the collection we have curated for our community over the years through donations and a modest operating budget. Our selection of books reflects our identity as a welcoming and inclusive church. We truly lean into the progressive value of committing to a journey of life-long learning, believing there is more value in questioning than in absolutes.
Our library team chooses themes to highlight each month in the library and curates and purchases books that fit within those themes. The team also coordinates an annual book, puzzle, and game swap for the community.

Book of the Month
Our book-of-the-month, I Am Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter, by Erika L. Sanchez, is a poignant and captivating young adult novel about a Mexican-American teen navigating a family and a life she doesn’t seem to fit. Sanchez takes the reader on Julia’s journey, at times devastating, yet full of wry humor and insight. It is a story worth your time and attention. It’s a fast-paced novel, but not a light read– covering themes of grief, depression, suicidality, and the struggles of life as an immigrant to the United States. When you hold this story in your hands and in your heart, you have the feeling of holding something true and good.
Donation Policy
We have a small library with limited space, so we no longer accept used book donations. Instead, we have chosen to curate a limited wish list of new titles that we would like to add to our library. That said, we think donating your books is a great idea! Check out this helpful website for a list of local organizations that would love to have your books.
